By using this website you agree to use the website in the intended manner, meaning that you will not carry out any malicious actions in attempt to change the structure of the website or modify any content.
You agree that you will take due care and responsbility when selecting the prodcuts and any product options that are available to you when viewing certain products.
You understand that once you have added your chosen products to the shopping cart, it is your responsbility to check your selection of products are correct before proceeding to the checkout process.
All orders are processed in British Pound Sterling. It is up to the customer to check with their card issuer or bankers for exact conversion rates and any charges that may apply.
On certain products where customisation is available, your understand that there is a character limit, which will be displayed on the product details page.
By using the customisation option it is your responsbility to check you have entered the correct characters for the customisation request and once the order goes into production it will not be possible to make any changes.
Changes to an order
As mentioned above you understand that it is your responsbility to make sure that the correct product, product options and any relevant customisation options are selected and checked prior to finalising your order.
In the case that you feel that you have made a mistake with your order once it has been placed you must contact us immediately on email@example.com quoting your order reference number.
If the order has not yet been processed it may be possile to amend your order, or we can cancel your order and issue you a refund.
The Priory Collective Ltd operates a full refund policy if the garment is returned to us within 7 days from the point of dispatch from our offices. If goods are returned within this time frame and in their original condition, the customer will receive a full refund. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable, except in the rare circumstance of the wrong garment being sent to the customer by us. We cannot be held responsible for a packag(s) lost or damaged on return. It is recommended that any returns are sent either recorded delivery or with a proof of posting certificate from the Post Office. If goods are returned after 7 days have elapsed from the date of dispatch from our offices then The Priory Collective Ltd may make a charge for administration costs which will be deducted from the cost of the garment. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 entitles customers to cancel an order within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Should you wish to cancel your order and return the goods you may do so but the goods must be returned at your own expense in the condition you received them. They should be retuned with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss. Upon satisfactory and timely receipt we will refund any monies within 30 days. This does not apply to goods that have been specifically made to a customers request.
If you are unhappy with your order or our service, we will endevour to resolve any issues that you may experience. Please send us a detailed email to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know in detail what you unhappy with.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a refund as each case is individual and until we have a full understanding of each case we will not be able to proceed with our decision.
